Dear Sir,
I have a complaint to make..
I gave my Bike (PULSAR 200, KL 01 AV 243) for accident work in DEEDI SERVICE STATION (Trivandrum branch) on 10/05/09, they gave me a estimate of Rs 12330/-.
Then after two weeks i got the bike and i did full settlement also after that i realised they did not did the claim work properly.i go to the the service staion and told the complaints to the main service supervisor.then he told me he will clear the problum.
Then i leave the bike at there.after three days i called to the service station the receptionist told me the bike is getting ready.but it was a fake information.evryday he was telling the same thing to me.
Then after two days i go to the service station they told me the bike is redy. I checked the bike in front of the mecanic actually the condition of the bike is very bad. They distroyed the tank, tank cowl, tank painting also. THen the service supervisor told me come tomarrow will clear all the problems properly.
That was today i went to the service station and i saw my bike the condition of my bike is very bad. Actually day by day the condition of my bike is going very badly.
We are giving our vehicles for servicing and we pay for it... we must get a good service, we are not paying to hear excuses from your staff.
So i want an explaination that why you are not interested in giving proper service to me?
