Spare part dealer is cheat

I gave my bike to ur authorised service centre and spare parts dealer OMKAR at singhgad Road near rajaram bridge. He at his Service center Changed my Disk brake unit which was working and installed another which was not working. It came to my notice as mine original had Deep scrathes due to a skid on road and the later did not had. Please help me aginst that cheat.

Again they are thieves of petrol
