About the RC Book

My self malvik mehta from vadodara (gujarat). i have purchased a bajaj pulsar on 11 sep 2007 on hire purchase bases and i had visited 10 times to your office for RC book zerox, but they not replaying me and till now i haven't got my RC book zerox copy. now i want to make a full payment of the my existing loan but they say that it will be done not before 15 aug. now i am tired so i am complaining u for your brach office employees for the misbehaviour of your branch employee. so pls reply me about this metter by mail. i hope you will consider my complain and do the best for me.
