Claime is not giveing me

I got incedent 20th nov and i clame on icici lambard and my clame number is MOT00666992 AND MY POLICIE no is 30051200002426910000001587, and surver was called at ICICI lambard new delhi Lajpat nagar for servey of Bajaj pulser 150, and after some time he said i will not give you claime for this beacuse this not look like a acental bike then what does mean of icici insurence, for please kindly help me if it possable other wise i will go for long process
