Inproper service extra charges

Dear Sir,

I purchaged pulsur 180 cc from baradwaj Motor mohna Road ballabgarh,

i belive in bajaj servies thats i purchage the bike, but i face any problem with my bike, he always charge to me, last 4 or 5 days i am facing self problem with my bike but service engineer put the water in the bettey, and aconfirmed ok but early morning i facing again and again, i purchage my bike 17-01,
