Vehicle break down

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Sub: Bajaj Saffire Break Down.

We are loyal customers of Bajaj Co. since last 7 Years.

Bajaj Saffire was bought by me on 18th September bearing Chassis no. CFVBJE49834 and Engine No. CFGBJE49934.

It was working well till but it shut down thereafter due to non availability of spares with your Authorized Dealer Pagariya Auto Centre which states the reason being stoppage of production of Bajaj Saffire by the Co. This has posed so many problems for us.

We are in continuous follow up with Pagariya Auto Centre since last one Year for the repairs of the said vehicle in vain.

Due to this problem our vehicle is shut off since the last complete One Year.

Now, neither we can use it nor sell it in such a bad condition.

So, you are requested to look into the matter personally and solve it.
