Starting problem

I am having bajaj kristal from Shiva scooter agency on 8 th april. Since starting it is having starting problem. And at every service we have complained the same to the service centre but it works only for few days and same problem occurs again. We have paid 40 k and the result is not at all satisfactory. Moreover the cylencer got tore within 8 months. I have asked the same to replace they said they will let me know and till date i have not recd any call from them.

Kindly get the problem rectified and replace the cylencer as soon as possible.

We have full faith on bajaj as it is the oldest and faithful co in india and same impression i want carry on.
