Bajaj XCD 125

I purchased a bike 1year before... from the 1st day onwards i'm facing a lot of vibration from engine. i complaint about it to bajaj also i spent a lot of time in this matter. but their reply is XCD is designed like this only.

So my concern is what should i do as my next step. all i want is my bike should be comfortable (less vibration)

I really need some suggestion from experienced people
