Bajaj XCD 125
Average goes down to 45 km/l

Dear Sir,

I have purchesed one BAJAJ XCD-125 in the month of oct OF 27 th bearing Eng. No. JAM-BRE-56058, FRAME No. MD-2-DSJ-BZZRWE-03014, from your authorised dealer SWADESHI BAJAJ pRINCE HOTEL CAMPUS HAZARIBAG (JHARKHAND) as the company claimed 109 Km/L about the average of the said vehicle, but even after two servicing of my vehicle the average lmiit is fixed only up to 45 Km/L which is more un-economical for me. at the time of second servicing of the said vehicle, the deale has promised me about enhancement of the minimum average up to 80-90 Km/L. but still result is hopeless.

therefore you are requested to please do needfull as per your claim, about the average of the said vehicle.otherwise I will go to consumer forum for claiming refund the entire amount whatever I have expended for driving encluding the cost of vehicle and other expindeture.
