Regarding Baja XCD 135

Sir,

I bought a Bajaj XCD 135 on 20.50.2009 from Rajiv Raj Bajaj Showroom, A-6, Near Durga Puri Chowk, Shahdara, for Rs. 51000/-. The bike is giving problems like the rear wheel skids, the mileage is less around 50 kmpl.

Therefore, I request to confirm whether the price as I paid, is right, as someone told me that he has bought the same new bike for Rs. 48, 000/-, why the difference is there? And also solve my problem of skidding tyre and mileage as claimed by the Company.
