Egarding wrong bill

Dear sir

my mobile no.was 9717010352 and a/c no 102-103109874

sir when take these corporate connection your company ma promised thar you can use unlimited net surfing and you will be charged downloading upto 500 mb.we use these connection near about 8 month and company send my bills without charging of gprs surfing, but in last bill airtel charge the surfing ad send me a bill near about 3800/-, i request you please check my all previous bill .when i talk in customer care they promissed that a fresh bill be send without surfing charging .till today i have not recevied any modified bill.but today i receiuved your letter and when i contact to Ruchika gupta she talk with anger and say that i have no time such arguments and you have to pay all these otherwise we will take leagal action.now i have to go in consumer court will all my previous bill.

please take action and send us modified bill so we make paymets
