Illegal construction

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that Mr. Balbir Singh R/o B-7-A, D.D.A. Flats, Block No. 12, Tilak nagar, New Delhi - 110 018 is making an unauthorised construction on Foot Path which is used by public. He is covering the area upto 5 or 7 foot from his house. He is making a kitchen on the foot path & creating problem for the people going from this path. He always starts his work in the midnight so that no one can see them while doing unauthroised construction & slowly slowly they are making this illegal construction. And also there is a sewer which has now been covered by him. But all these things are making trouble for us. So, therfore i request you to pls. look into the matter & stop this illegal construction which is being made by him as soon as possible.
