Refund not paid

Dear sir,

I subscribed 'Bangalore Mirror' in the month of Feb for a period of one year vide order no. BAA 80681. Now the paper has been stopped from Jul but The times group has not refunded the amount of my remaining period. Whenever I contact subscriber's helpline no. 080-25580558, the answer I receive everytime is - " The cheque has been sent at your address on 16 Jun 10", but I have not received anything as on 24 Jul 10.
