Transaction Malfunctioning

I am Rajan Kumar and I have a saving account(#24422) with Axis bank, DP market pitampura, New Delhi branch.
On 3rd.of August I had to pay my residence rent, hence I decided to get the cash from the nearest ATM, I got nothing but a invalid transaction receipt of 7000rupees. I thought there might be some problem with the ATM, so I decided to try it in another ATM, which said insufficient fund, when I did the balance inquiry, I got frustreted to see the transaction of 7000/- was done, though I didn't received any cash. I tried calling the customercare no. several times but it didn't worked. So I decided to contact my bank in the morning. In the morning a lady at that bank told me to submit an application for the same, when I did the same, she told me to wait for maximum 12days as it takes that much time, I still have not paid my due rent to the landlord, which is very embarrasing to me. Kindly do let me know what to do know, when there is delay of 100rupees payment from customer side, bank and comanies used to charge late fees and all, when they do such blunders, they make the customers to look to the sky.
