Non retrieval of cash but debitting the same from the account

I have a SB account with SBI-Rajender Nagar Branch, Ghaziabad, UP. I used SBI atm card in HDFC bank ATM machine located at Shalimar Garden Ext-II, Sahibad, Gaziabad on 22-04 around 1710 hrs to retrieve an amount of Rs.2, 000/-. But the the ATM machine fished out only Rs.100/- instead of Rs.-.The ATM transaction record slip showed withdrawal of Rs.- and thus the same amount had been debitted from my A/C No.30643896579. The matter was immediately reprted to the Manager HDFC, Bank, Shalimar Garden who requested to make a written complaint to The SBI, Branch, Rajender Nager. On 23-04, a written complaint n the matter was submitted to the Branch Manager, Rajender Nagar SBI Branch in proper receipt. But despite several visits regarding non crediting of the balance amount in my account, the sbi personnel do not seem to be taking any action into this matter. I was told it would take a months time to redeem the balance amount but its been more than four months now and no action has been taken as of now. Hence itis requested to kindly look into the matter and oblige.
