Cash debited from SBI SAvings A/c but not dispensed on ATM withdrawal

I hold a savings bank account with the Syndicate Bank Rail Nilayam branch Secunderabad, My account No. is 2010152267, and my credit card no is 4033983046075693. On the 22nd ofSept. I had made a transaction at an AndhraBank ATM no: WC 582001 (around 14:37Hrs). It is in the prem vijaynagar colony, Malkajgiri Hyderabad.

The amount that I wished to withdraw was Rs.20, 000, but the ATM machine

did not dispense the money.

On checking my online account status I discovered that the amount was promptly debited from my savings accounts. The transaction code recorded for this withdrawal is as follows:

ATM WDL: Dated 22/09

Record No. 3039, 3040, and 3041. wc582001

Transaction code that appeared on the slip was: nil balance enquiry slip R code 000

“Transaction decline Unable to process”

Owing to the loss of cash I had also submitted a written complaint to the Branch Manager syndicate bank railnilayam secudnerabad

I was told that the entire process will take about a month’s time. I havae to pay fee to my daughters MBA college it is very difficulty for me to arrange that much money, as the last date is 28th sept

I requaest to your kind self to credited back my money to my savings account at the earliest.

I have noticed that mine is not the only isolated case but many other unassuming customers have been fleeced due to such faulty transaction by the Bank.

I request prompt action and credit of the cash falsely debited.
