ATM Failed Transaction Money Not Credited

My Name is Shakeel Mohammad Khan, And My Mobile No is 09911300041

My ACCOUNT WITH Bank OF India, Ansari Road, daryaganj Branch.

ON 8-jun I Am Withdraw 2500 Rs FROM Canara Bank Atm, but I Dont Know Why Atm Machine Cant Process My TRANSACTION AND I Dont Get My Money, but Rs 2500 IS Debit FROM My ACCOUNT, FOR This I Already Give A Complaint TO Boi Daryaganj Branch, FROM There (Bank OF India Daryaganj Branch) I Got A REF NO OF My Complaint Which IS (110609 DATA-850). AND He Told Me He Also Send Mail ON 11-jun.

But There IS NO Responce FROM Bank, i Talk Mumbai HO FOR This But Mr. Devidas Raghunath Dhambhare (Contact Person) Told Me "THERE IS TOO MUCH PENDENCY HERE NOT NOW WE ARE ABLE TO DO ANY THING FOR YOU" AND He Also NOT Able TO Give THE Status OF My Complaint.

I Already Book Complaint Online From Bank OF India Web Site, From There I Got REF NO 924439

This Is Approx Two Months BEFORE My TRANSACTION IS Failed But Till Date I Dont Know What IS The Status. and i dont get my money back.
