Atm transaction

Dear Sir,

I was withdrawing 4000 rupees from union bank of India ATM at Noida dated- 16/11/09, through bank of India ATM card but Union Bank of India ATM show the error response code 072 and transaction declined, unable to process i can't receive money but these money deducted from my account.

My account is in KAUSHAMBI GHAZIABAD bank of India. Please refund my money.

I have seen many persons who have not received their money after a long time with same condition.

Please help me. Please!!
