ATM failed transaction

My name is T Dayakar and i am working in PBRVITS Engineering College as an Assist. Professor of CSE Dept. I am having Salary Account with Bank of India, Janatha pet, Kavali brach. On 15-11-09 at 11:22 a.m. i have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- at SBH ATM Near Govt. Hospital. The mechine took 2 min. time and did not dispatch money as well as transaction slip also. I tried two more times but the situation is same. Then i went to SBI ATM, Navodaya Complex and checked my account balance and i surpirsed to see that my amount has been debitted from my Bank of India Account. Then I have given Compliants to SBH as well as Bank of India for necessary Action. But i don't know when my money is remitted.

Please try to remit my money in my Account as soon as possible
