Cash not received in ATM but Account Debited

Dear Sir/Madam,

Reg: Non reciept of Money from ATM

Ref: SB A/C No.805610110001040 of M.Karthikeyan.

Bank of India, Madipakkam Branch

Card No : 4052388056008525.

On 19.05.2009 5.00 P.M. I requested for a withdrawal of Rs.15000/- from

Indian Bank, Baliah garden ATM. But I did not get any money, but received a message

that Rs.15000/- was debited from my account. I have filed a complaint with BOI on 20.05.2009.

Till now I have not received the amount even after repeated mails & personal visit to Bank of India, Madipakkam Branch.
