Payment towards life policy which i never asked fo

Sir

i was approached by barclay bank to accept their free of cost credit card..which i did..but i was in for surprise when with the first stmt i was told to pay for an icicilombard life policy which i never ever asked for..it was just thrown on me forcefully..barclay just washed off their hands..saying they cannot do anything..i called up icicilombard and got it cancelled..

but to my surprise..they gave me some other policy again..and this time asked me to pay in emi's..

i again called then and explained that i am not interested in any policy..why are they giving me again and again...??

thay started calling me at odd hours... when i tried to pick up their call they used to cut it.. they send me msg every now and then..asking me to pay..

now they are threatning me that they will go to credit tribunal..

i am just not responding to their stupid acts... kindly help..
