Nonrecepit of cash remittance

My credit card no 4339481478185016.In this regard I inform that as per the instructions of Barclay credit card I have paid rupees four thousand through their courier BSA INFOMEDIA Private limited No 5/1 Gangai amman koil Street Vadpalani-Chennai 600 026.Phone 91-44-64559001 on tenth ocyober 2008. Receipt No. C79560. However, i have received number of SMS informing non recipt of installment. I am working as a Chief Manager ina State co-operative bank in chennai. I am wondering there is no office of Barclay credit card office in chennai for verification in this regard. However, in Chennai Barclay Bank is having a Branch without serving their credit card holders. Please verify and send the revised statement immediately.
