Barclay Gold Credit Card
Wrongly charged and behaved

I used my Barclay Credit card once only and did a purchasing of 250 INR. I was supposed to return the money in first week of July. I made the payment via cheque and I got sms from barclays that this amount they have credited on my account on 4th July. After that I am regularly receiving their sms and calls to pay the amount, now they have made the amount about 900 INR. In one day I get more than 20 calls and sms. I received Barclays credit card statement only onle once which was showing that i did not make my payment and I have to make so and so amount. They have suspended my cards. I tried to call on customer care several times but no 022-67695000 which is also there on their website tells that it is out of service. I tried to call on 022-67242222 but its either a faulty no or wrong number because i never get success to talk on any representative on this number.

Now I am getting message that I may be refer on the credit bureau.

I would like to go to consumer forum or somewhere else where I can get rid of such Frustrating banks who never care about their customers and bother them always. Is there anyone who can help me to get rid of this bank's credit card. I swear I'll never go for any credit card of such banks.
