Delayed payment ccharges despite dropping the cheques 10 dyas in advance in SKYPAk box

Barclays Bank has been charging delayed payment charges inspite of the fact that I have been dropping the cheque much in advance eg I dropped my cheque on 19thDec. for payment due on 28th Dec. 08.

I paid the first delayed payment and sought reversal but again I have been charged in Jan 09 for no fault of mine.

When I sent a mail to Head service no response has come. Even the RBI guidelines of mentioning the telephone No. of Head service on the statement is not followed. The Bank is fleecing people of their hard earned money.

It is disgusting
