Pay & Park Out Side Railway Stations

As the railway is public transport then their should be free parking out side the railway stations.

As the parking space is coupled by some local persons and they start private pay & park at that space, of which every people get problem in some other way, as they keep their rules and talk rude to the peoples.

I request the railway authority to look the matter and allow the general public free parking in railway compound and remove the private pay & park form there.
