Eventhough we paid the monthly emi by cash they are not cancelling ECS and we need to pay the penalty

This is really horrible, they are making loans as a profit making business, even i applied for the loan they said nothing about the insurance, finally when the load is approved i got 15000 deducated from my loan amount with 15000 they have deducated as a processing fee and insurance charges.

Also this month i already paid the monthly emi as cash to the collection manager, but still they did not cancelled the ECS and as a result i need to pay the ECS return fee to my citibank account that count to 2.5 % of the EMI amount.

Wht the use of taking loan from such a reputated bank that even do not help with this normal work around.

Please do the needful.
