Assured from service desk to reversal of amount, but not reflecting in statement

I have paid my total outstanding. But due to some reason my account is showing some outstanding balance. Call to customer care people arround 15 times but they have not solved my problem. After sending mail to service desk got reply that they will reversal all the amount. Since 3 month has passed but my outstanding raising day by day and every day I am getting arround 20 calls and getting distrubed abruptly. I have given the mail reference no recipt no many times to barclays collection people and customer care people and arround 10 people assured me to passed the issue to concerened dept but nothing has resolved.
