The rules and regulation showing that the customer can withdraw from the programme before 21days from the amount debited on the card. I called their executive on 08.04.08 & withdraw my membership & the amount debited on 30.03.08. Now they are harrasing me to make the payment. Now they are telling that they dont have the cancellation policy. Their number is given below.022-40162380. I called their customer care No:022- 67242222 & cancelled the same. I am never a defaulter of any card. Please help me.
