Worst Service.. Cheating my money

I am using the barclays creadit card since from 1.5 years. I took loan 50, 000. And i was paying properly, but never received any email statment from them. Since, i am always in onsite (India Only) i could not see the statement which they are sending to my physical address. But, i was paying properly my Loan EMI and my late due payment also. Last month 1st Apr' i have called to barclays and enquired about my total outstanding balance, they told 28, 000, then i made a payment 7, 000 in online.. They sent sms that they recieved amount.. after that i did not purchase anything on that card.. This month 1st May i have called them and enquired about my total outstanding balance (Because i am not receving email statment since i am in onsite). They told that 32, 000. How it got increased?? really i get shocked. I have been asking them since 4 months to send all my previous statments. But they did not send, they sent only last 5 months statment. I dont really where it is going wrong.. If somebody take this complaint and contact barclays means, that would be great help for me.
