Replacement of Strap

Dear Sir,

I am a student of MBBS and I had purchased a Titan - fasttrack Model with the product code as 2265SL04. With in 3 months the strap or the belt broke down. (In fact, the pin came out from one end.

I went to the shop . he changed the strap as the watch was under warranty but with a diffrent model. he suggested that may be that model may again break down so a new one should be taken. Now, the whole look has been spoiled. I don't like the current model so it is lying a waste for me now. Kindly suggest what should be done or kindly look into the matter that why the earlier strap would not work in future so that others are not duped because I bought this watch as it was looking good to me. Hoping to hear from you.
