Insurance Amount & NOC Not Received

Dear Sir,

I have taken a personal loan from Barclays Finance (Rajouri Garden) my loan account no LC010611004526866. I had foreclose this loan on 7th sept. it was told to me by Ms Sapna & Mr Aurovil that my Insurance amount & NOC will be provided to me after 15 days. I am still following up the same regularly giving calls to their branch and customer care but Ms Sapna & Mr Aurovil is not coming on the phone they are not giving me any kind of response.

Although at the time of taking loan Mr aurovil is giving wrong information to the customers.

Kindly Look in to the matter.
