Not received credit card

Hi

My name is deyana banu jalal, Recently i joined in accenture bangalore and i got a call from barclys bank telling that you are eligible to get a barclys platnum credit card and a welcome gift.and i applied for the card around 20 days ago and the executive told me it will be approved witin a wk and u will receive it by courier, but however till now i didnt receive any call or info about ny application
