Basic associates Tortilla
Non working of Rotimake

I purchased Tortilla maker, (Jumbo Roti maker, thats what it says on tthe book) on 19/6/09 at Ice exhibition in palace grounds Bangalore. The intention was to make rotis, the machine never worked properly. The person who sold Mr. Shivkumar said that he would come and replace it. It has been six months and i am calling the office and Shivkumar every day and hearing false promises from them that i would get a replacement the same day or the following day. The person who sold us the machine will not pick up the mobile and if at all, if he picks it he says he is out of town or he is in a meeting. If the company is unable to replace the machine why sell it. It is sad that we are dealing with such people. I only hope that i get the the rotimaker in working condition or get the money back.

Will the company authorities look into it and do the needful, ORDER NO. 443, DATED 13/6/09, PALACE GROUNDS, BANGALORE. Would furnish any further information that you may require.
