Inadequate maintaenance services

I bought a flat in Pasrvnath Platinum, sector Tau, Greater Noida and got the possession of the same in September. Basundhra properties have been deputed by Parsvanth Developers for the upkeep and complete maintenance of the facility. I shifted in the apartment close to end of December. I have been paying the monthly maintenance as per the bills from Basundhra. But the maintenance has deteriorated in the past 8 months and things have gone from bad to worse. Following are the issues at hand: 1) Inappropriate security - security people have been reduced in strength over the past few months. 2) Street lights are not functioning at all on certain sections of the society for the past 2 months now which possess a big security threat to the residents 3) The club in the facility has substandard as well as faulty equipment. The treadmill is not working for the last 7 months and has not been rectified even after multiple complaints. 4) The standards of maintenance have gone down in general whether it is cleanliness or DG supply. 5) The roads in the society have not been repaired for a long long time and need urgent maintenance. 6) The sewage system has not been cleaned in last many months and have started giving foul smell. 7) There have been instances where the DG supply was not provided because of unavailability of the fuel even after the builder promises 100% power backup. 8) The builder is charging Rs18 per unit for the DG power supply which is the highest in the NCR region. The per unit charge has been increasing on consistent basis over the last 7 months.
