Manufacturing Defect in Shoes

Dear sir,

I have purchased New Shoes from Bata Outlets (Liberty Foot Wear - Rajpipla) on 20 days ago. I regret to inform you that the shoes have been damaged after 10 days use.

Shoes cost Rs. 749.95

I wish to lodge complain against this product No. TN 355 - 8-13-851 4491, which is printed on shoes.

Please take necessary action on this defect & advise me what to do?
