I till now had faith in BATA but not now...

i had purchased shoes from bata showroom in thane, T/4/CSNo. 32, kopineshwar trust building 2,

station road thane (W).

within 30 days of use d sole ripped off like of paper, when i contacted d manager he asked me to pay 200/-

towards BATA to get sole replaced. when i asked him to give me in writing, he refused to do so. he said we dont have that authority, while it is written in your invoice. cash memo no:7307.

Is this the service bata gonna provide, then i am forced to go to consumer court.
