Egarding defective shoe

Sir i have already submitted a complain in this respect to the bata consumer service about the shoe puchase which i did 1 month ago, to my surprise the sole of the shoe broke so soon.i am really dissapointed since i have been the regular customer of bata shoes since last many years. i am not getting any response from the dealer or the shop, so i kindly request you to hear my plea, and take neccesary action as early as possible.
