Please note that as per the attached bill, I had bought a Quo Vadis sandal from bata at andheri west on 10th November. I wore this for not more than 10 times and I noticed that the sole for the same got weared out. It got spoiled completely.
I took the same to the bata showroom on 5th January. This is less than 2 months after I buy the product.
The person at bata refused to replace the same, eventhough there is a 3 months warranty on the product. Although he was ready to repair the same, which I didn’t accept.
My question to you
1. Why should I accept a defective piece from Bata.
2. Why should I accept a repair if the piece is defective from Bata. A manufacturing defect.
3. After paying the full cost of the product, why should I wear a repaired stuff.
In lieu of the same, I demand a refund towards the cost of the same.
Please note that I shall have to go to the consumer court, if this does not get resolved.
