Manufacturing defect

Dear Sir,

This has refer to the purchase I made on 30/08 of Hush puppies.

To my surprise the entire upper leather as well as the sole has got peeled off, of just one foot, the other pair is very much intact.

To my understanding, It clearly seems to be a manufacturing defect.

When I took the same to the show room they mentioned that they can’t take it back.

I am a regular (Almost for 4 years) buyer/user of hush puppies (I bought one yesterday too from the same showroom) I have never faced any problem ever before.

Request your assistance in resolving the same at the earliest
