Defective chappals

I on 29th Aug 09 purchasedgents chappals from South Extn Pt I New delhi store for Rs;550/ and paid by credit card..On 4th September I proceeded to USA and will be here for full Oct, 09.Here I found that stiching of the right foot chappal has been torned and is not wearable. As I will be returning to India on or about ist week of Nov, I can not bring the chappals within 15 days/four weeks stipulated time. Therefore few days back I sent a complaint via e-mail but it appears that it has not been delivered hence I am sending it again and request you to register the same and allow me to return the chappal after my return.to India.
