Dear Sir,

I am a BATA customer from many years. At present I am very much disatisfied with your product.

I bought one pair of Hush Puppies shoe from your BATA shoe store at 7/1.S.N.Banerjee Road, Kolkata right under your Head Office?? on 08 August WORTH Rs.1999/-, CST NO.19200170204;TIN NO.19200170010;memo no.08-08-09/1/0122 0065, after 6 days I noticed the insole comming out from both the shoes to my utter dismay and creating great discomfort while walking and the right ankle back support is going inside as I dipped my leg in. Yesterday I went to your store and showed them, your salesperson seems they are used to such complaints, gave explanation which is unjustified for a bonfide customerl ike me.

My demand is that my shoe to be replaced 100% as R- in this recession is not a joke to spend.
