Non availibility of said light brown colour polish

Above product has been purchased in June from your authorized shop Ahram road Ahemdabad, since then the polish is not available in the shop. Several times I approached that shop but it was not available till last visited that shop on 19.11.2008. My complain is already placed there in the avaible register with them.

It is not unerstood that such high cost product of boot is not aided with such minor product of polish since more than 5 five months. I am unable to use that boot without polish, which indicates that cutomer oriented care is not at all taken and not attended with any effort. Just it has been told to approach the customer care & to obtain the solution. There is nothing like any responsibility of the Btata Co. for cutomer care. When it is not at all usable for me in absence of said polish what should I do keep the useless boot with me? Will you echange the boot or supply the said polish? Kindly let me know what should I do on such situation of the Co.
