Now a days i am not satisfied with your chappal

Hello Sir,

I am Raj Kumar Bojja, regular customer of your Bata Company since 25 years. I, all my family members are wearing Bata Products since more than 25 Years. We are very much proud by wearing BATA.

But I am very sorry to say that in recent times, i observed that your quality has come down. Why i am saying this because, very recently 5 months back I purchased Bata Quovadis 7 No.by paying Rs.499/- in your retail outlet at J.P.N.Road, Warangal. But surprisingly i observed that the Upper Side of the Sole is totally damaged and down part is very good. Generally i observed all these years that sole get damaged, but upper side remains intact. But here the reverse thing happnd. So please kindly look in to the matter and do the needfull.
