Compliant regarding my shoe

I have purchased shoe from Bata Showroom, after wearing for 2 hrs stiching of the upper was opened. I had visited Bata shop and told to replace the same bcoz it is a manufactring defect but they told me to repare the same and it can not be changed. I agreed. But again after wearing the shoe for 2-3 hrs it was in the same condition. After spending Rs.1599/-. Alos i have complint twice on the bata website no one had responed. It seems to be cheated by the company giving such a Bad response. My shoe has to be replaced by the company.
