Dirstiest Repairs/No aftersales service/No courtsey/Just don't give damn

I bought a pair of sandles sometime in later part of 2007 and could not use for long time.when I started using it in 2008 it started to fall apart, stiches on upper gone and they become un-usable.

FIRST OF ALL ONE DOES NOT EXPECT BATA SANDLES TO FALL APART FOR YEARS SINCE ONE PAYING AT LEAST 4 TIMES MORE THAN COMPARABLE PRODUCT.

I took back to the shop (AT Shiv Ranjani cross rd., Sattellite Rdd., Ahmedabad) for repairs. They returned the same after a month and after going there for at least 4 times. And what they have done with the sandles??? They butchered it, mind you, not repaied them but butchered. Let alone a street cobbler, a untrained person can do much much better job.

All my e-mails (since BATA, INDIA does not have any phone numbers for Customer Service and they DO NOT wish to be contacted other than e-mail) had no effect on CS nor the manager of the store who has seen the repairs, in fact he or his shop's staff do NOT give a damn even after seeing what kind of repairs were done and knowing these sandles are not usable.

DO NOT EVER BUY A BATA PRODUCT BECAUSE "Dirstiest Repairs/No aftersales service/No courtsey/Just don't give damn"

Please do not get attracted to big name of BATA coz it small in their Customer Service & Reapairs & most of all Courtsey.
