Inconvenience caused due to bata product

Respected Sir

It has been a matter of distress for me for being your customer. I DINESH BHATT purchased a pair of SHOE from your SHOP at U.M.C:8/810, SURAJPOLE ROAD, UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) outlet on 22/2/09. Article no. is 80/6908 size 7 costing me Rs.599 but the pair broke down within 30 days of purchase. When i approached your store manager he clarified that its not his fault at all. He also refused to give me the contact no. and email-id of the headquaters and concerned authorities. Now i urge you to solve this problem of mine and take the required action as soon as possible otherwise you will compell me to approach the consumer court.
