Improper material

I have purchased a shoe from bata store in lower bajar of Shimla on 08/12for Rs599/- model801-4908. The shoe material is defective/improper and soul has cracked already. I want a repalce emnt for my shoe. After purchasing the shoe for two months i used my old shoe kepping the new shoe reserved for future. So in total i not even used the shoe for hardly one month. It is reduculas and a company like BATA also cheating the customers with low grade products.
