Problem in inner sole

I had purchased Bata all seasone shoes of rs. 1200/- from DADAR TT (east) showroom on 08/06 and on 4th day the innner sole got damaged. I complained about it to the Mr. Mani the shopkeeper but he refused to exachange it. He repaired it and I got the same after 4 days after huge follow up.

Still the problem is same and the innersole is not in position. What should I do. The problem is major and inspite of complaining about the problem within 10 days the shopkeeper is not giveing the replacement. pls. foward the problem to concern department and let me know.
