Upper and sole seperating

I had purchased a pair of shoes from Gandhipuram branch at Coimbatore Model No: 7061 C 6 (824 4103) brown colour shoes costing Rs. 1299 . This shoe is really excellent except that after about 3 months I noticed that the upper and the sole were getting seperated. Probally a manufacturing defect. Any how when I approached the store they said that I will have to get the same stuck. Now it is more than 9 months and I an still using the same shoddy shoe.

We are 4 childred and since childhood (almost 40 years) all of us grew up using Bata and probablly that is why bata is growing too., but when faced with a problem there is no or little response and thereby we loose confidence. Pls do not let this happen and restore the confidence of the customers thereby B ATA Grows.
