I having exide battary in my two whleer when i purchaised the honda activa in 29-12 battary code no is 7L7306699. I am not satisfied with your battary becouse with your battary i have many time starting problems. within the warranty period now, i carry to my neareest village show room ''Murali Agencies'' Exide delars, Mavelikara. Alappuzha, Kerala-Ph-0479-2302652.

I submitted all the document of warranty details to the showroom. They asked me to take several time for clear this complaints and also they need courier charge 60/-, battary charging fair 30/- total 90/-.

You must reailse one thing that i am a lady

how much days i can use my twowheeler without battary?

Why should i spent this fair within warranty period?

Why should i carry this burden with use your compay exide battary in vehicle? and i cannot use my vehicle with your battary complaint.

you must give the answer what you mean by warranty?

I considered this is cheating to the customer, i will propagate this to friends and relatives for no body can such a cheating.

So you must compensate with my loss
